Is Rainbet Available in the US? What We Know About Its Sweepstakes Launch

Rainbet.com is off limits to US players

Rainbet’s international site operates under an offshore license and lists the United States among its restricted jurisdictions. It blocks US IP addresses at sign-up, and its terms prohibit using a VPN to get around that. Players who do risk having their account closed and their balance withheld. No US state regulator licenses it.

A US sweepstakes version is coming

Rainbet has announced a separate site for the US market built on the same Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin model used by Stake.us and McLuck. Some review sites began describing it as open to eligible states in late September 2026. Others still list it as upcoming.

What we haven’t been able to confirm yet:

• Whether it’s fully live and accepting sign-ups
• The welcome offer and whether promo codes apply
• Which states it excludes
• Age requirement (18+ or 21+)
